Support and refunds

Included support

• Starter: support for 48 hours after delivery (minor adjustments).
• Pro: 5 days of support plus 2 revision rounds.
• Full: 7 days of support plus basic conversion tweaks.

Change policy

• "Minor adjustments" - text fixes, colours and small visual details.
• Structural changes (new sections or features) are quoted separately and we will confirm the price before starting.

Refunds

• Before we start (no work done yet): 100% refund.
• With a first draft sent: 50% refund (we deduct the time already invested).
• After final delivery: no refunds apply. Support is included according to your package.

If you paid via PayPal and prefer to use their Resolution Center, you can also open a case from your PayPal account.

Response times

We reply to support requests within 24-48 business hours. For urgent issues, send us a WhatsApp message and mark it as urgent.
